There are lots of great reasons  to volunteer

in the RCV Media Center!

  • Your child will love it!

  • Your library can meet its goal of open accessible checkout.

  • You'll get to see all the new cool books when they arrive!

  • You get to checkout books for yourself and your family.

  • You become a partner in your child's love of reading.

  • You see how technology is used to enhance learning.

  • You make a difference in the lives of many children.

Volunteers are always welcome! Please call 240-740-1240 and ask to speak with Mrs. Lawrence or Mrs. Molek, or stop by and visit if you are interested. Looking forward to meeting you!

Overdue and Lost Materials

At Rock Creek Valley there are no fines for overdue books.  If a material is lost of damaged beyond repair the student is responsible for the replacement cost of the book.  Notices will be sent home once a month to let students know what books are overdue for return to the Media Center.
